지방자치시대 주민참여 활성화를 위한 이론적 제도적 고찰

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Ten odd years have passed since the local autonomy was
restored. The true nature of the local autonomy is self-governing of
the citizen. The success or failure of the local autonomy depends on
institutionalization and activation. But in Korea, the foundation of the
local autonomy is weak.
This study is to inquire into theory and institution for activating
of the people's participation and to suggest a plan of the
participation of local resident.
