코로나19 팬데믹이 일본 동북지구의 경비업협회 운영에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of COVID-19 Pandemic on the Operation of Tohoku Area Security Association(TASA) in Japan

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study discussed about which influence the COVID-19 has upon the operation of Japan's Tohoku area security association that has possessing a number of member companies, after WHO(World Health Organization) declared the world-wide spread, namely, the pandemic on March 11, 2020. For this, the in-depth interview was conducted with an online method by setting up a question in the open form targeting the security association in Miyagi Prefecture(宮城県), Fukushima Prefecture(福島県), Yamagata Prefecture(山形県), Iwate Prefecture(岩手県), Aomori Prefecture(青森県), Akita Prefecture(秋田県), which correspond to the northeast of Japan, based on a grounded theory that is the qualitative research method. The qualitative analysis(data transcription-coding-categorization-theme determination) was carried out by applying ‘NVivo Transcription' program as for Japanese language in the part of inputting online interview data, and by using NVivo12 as to data that are huge and are not systematized, based on the opinion of expert group.
The upper node on great category, which is the research topic, could be elicited with 3 items. The detailed items of the upper node were categorized into the postponement of training business(43.9%, 6 nodes), the reduction of operating revenue(32.8%, 5 nodes), and the expenditure of fixed costs(12.2%, 4 nodes). Examining the contents of sub-nodes by each upper node, the postponement in training business appeared to include a stop in special lecture(34.6%), a suspension in pre-learning session(17.5%), a discontinuation in new employee training(13.5%), a stop in training of people responsible for security-guard guidance education(12.4%), a postponement in qualification screening(11.9%), and a discontinuation in a lecture session for machinery security managers(10.1%). The reduction in operating revenue was shown to be a stop in event‧exhibition(38.2%), a suspension in training‧lecture session(26.6%), member companies' arrears of membership fees(18.3%), the closure of member companies(9.9%), and a decrease in regional infrastructure construction project(7.0%). The expenditure in the fixed costs was indicated to include resident employee wage(39.2%), office rent(26.8%), training center rental fee(21.8%), and utility bill(12.2%).

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 2020년 3월 11일 세계보건기구 WHO가 코로나19의 세계적 대유행, 즉 팬데믹을 선언 한 가운데 코로나19가 다수의 회원사를 보유하고 있는 일본의 ‘동북지구 경비업협회 운영에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지’에 관하여 논의하였다. 이를 위해 질적 연구방법인 근거이론을 바탕으로 일본 동북지역인 미야기현(宮城県), 후쿠시마현(福島県), 야마가타현(山形県), 이와테현(岩手県), 아오모리현(青森県), 아키타현(秋田県)의 경비업협회의 운영관리자를 대상으로 개방형식의 질문을 설정하여 온라인 방식으로 심층면담을 수행하였다. 연구 주제인 대범주에 대한 상위노드는 3개 항목으로 도출할 수 있었으며, 상위노드의 세부항목으로는 교육사업 중지(43.9%, 6노드), 운영수입 감소(32.8%, 5노드), 고정비 지출(12.2%, 4노드)로 범주화되었다. 상위노드별 하위노드의 내용을 살펴보면, 교육사업 중지는 특별강습회 중지(34.6%), 사전강습회 중지(17.5%), 신입교육 중지(13.5%), 경비원지도교육책임자교육 중지(12.4%), 자격검정 심사 중지(11.9%), 기계경비관리자 강습회 중지(10.1%)이며, 운영수입 감소는 이벤트‧전시회 중지(38.2%), 교육‧강습회 중지(26.6%), 회원사 회비 체납(18.3%), 회원사 폐업(9.9%), 지역 인프라 건설사업 감소(7.0%)이며, 고정비 지출은 상주직원 임금(39.2%), 사무실 임대료(26.8%), 교육장 대관료(21.8%), 공과금(12.2%)으로 나타났다.
