The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of emotional labour of tour conductors on their job attitudes and organisational factors, which may regulate the extent of their influence. I used structural equation modeling to analyze the relation between those influencin g factors. The analysis shows that the more intense emotional labour becomes, the worse emotional exhaustion grows and that emotional labour influences job dissatisfaction and service attitudes. It also shows that the elements which regulate the extent of the influence and have meaningful differences are supervisor support and coworker support. In sum, the finding of this study is that emotion management of tour conductors is an important factor which has effects on their job satisfaction and customer service attitudes.
