어린이문학교육을 위한 패러디 그림책의 분석 = An Analysis of 8 Parody Picture Books for Children`s Literature Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 패러디 그림책을 분석함으로써 패러디 그림책에 나타난 현대사상과 교육적 가치를 규명하여 교육 현장에서의 적절한 패러디 그림책을 활용한 교육방법을 모색하는데 그 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 주제 면에서는 운명적인 세계관에서 자아정체성을 추구하는 세계관으로의 변화를 찾을 수 있었으며 새로운 결혼관을 제시하고 있었다. 또한 다각적인 시각을 강조하는 다양한 주제도 내포하고 있었다. 인물 면에서는 크게 선과 악으로 고정된 인물관의 해체와 기존의 고정된 남성상과 여성상의 변화가 있었다. 플롯 면에서는 원작과의 다른 결말, 새로운 플롯형식이 시도되었음을 알 수 있었다. 패러디 그림책을 문학적인 요소로 분석하면서 그 바탕이 되는 현대사상인 포스트모더니즘과 페미니즘을 발견하였고, 그것을 근거로 하여 교육적인 가치를 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 패러디 그림책을 통해 어린이들에게 독자로서의 즐거움과 흥미를 주어 문학적 취향을 키울 수 있고, 둘째, 기존의 전래동화에서 만연한 남성 중심적인 시각에서 벗어나 지혜롭고 능력을 가진 새로운 여성상을 가질 수 있도록 도우며, 셋째, 비판적인 사고능력과 다양한 관점의 열린 시각을 발달시키며, 넷째, 어린이들의 창의적 글쓰기를 유도할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the educational values of 8 parody picture books for the appropriate use in children`s literature education through analysis of theme, character, plot of those books and the investigation of modern thoughts in those books. The following parody picture books were analyzed: The Frog Prince, Continued; Rabbit, Wolf, Tiger, Damyi are Friends; The True Story of the 3 Little Pigs; Les Trois Petites Cochonnes; The Paper Bag Princess; The Lope Sentimental; The Princess with a boot on her head; The Three Pigs. On the light of theme, there is a change in the world view and the attitude toward marriage. One-dimensional character changed to multi-dimensional character and the existing view of manhood and womanhood is released. As for plot, there were different endings from those of original stories and the attempt of new plot. Those changes are based on the modern thoughts, postmodernism and feminism. Above findings underline the educational value of the 8 parody pictures books and suggest that the 8 parody pictures books may contribute to children`s love for literature, consideration for the new view of womanhood, getting an open way of thinking and the critical thinking ability, and leading to creative writing.
