    This article is based on an phenomenological analysis of the interview with 15 children from multicultural families. The research question is to examine the difference in adjustment levels in school and home according to their backgrounds and their characteristics in children of multicultural families. The results indicate that children are very understanding in their socio-economic situation and family condition. They are willing to help their parents in their everyday routine. In their school lives, they experience difficulties in catching up with some subjects. However, they love school because they can make friends and play with one another. They have different self-concepts according to their past experience but are, in general, positive.
