감성 분석에 의한 Big Data 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

상품평 분석은 기존의 데이터 마이닝 기술을 활용하여 웹상에 게재된 블로그, SNS 등에 나타난 저자의 의견을 추출하여 분석하는 분야이다. 이것은 텍스트의 주제를 판단하는 것이 아닌, 주제에 대한 저자의 감정과 태도를 분석하고 긍정, 부정, 중립을 분류하고 리뷰를 요약하는 기술이다. 기존의 연구에서는 사전을 구축하고자 할 때에 어휘의 극성을 판단하는 방법으로 영어의 극성을 판별하는 방법인 PMI(Point-wise Mutual Information)를 많이 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국어 어휘에 PMI를 적용시키면서 생기는 문제점을 살펴보고, 해결 방법을 제시하며 계산된 PMI 값을 검증 한다. 또한, 사전 구축과 극성 분류하는 시스템을 제안 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The products review is a field where opinions of writers from online materials such as Blog or SNS which are quoted and analyzed by using existing data mining technology. The technology does not identify subject of the text but it analyzes the emotion and attitude of writer, categorizes them into positive, negative, or neutral, and summarizes the review. In previous research, when trying to make a dictionary, most of them have used Point-wise Mutual Information (PMI) which is a method of identifying vocabulary’s polarity to find out polarity of English. This research looks into the problems of applying PMI to Korean vocabulary and suggests solutions to them by trying to verify the calculated PMI value. Furthermore, it also tries to offer a system for making dictionary and categorizing polarity.
