상가 앞 가로수에 대한 상인들의 반응분석 = The Analysis on Retailer's Reaction on the Street Tree in Front of Store

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 도심지 가로수 식재 계획 및 관리운영에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다.
도시내 가로수가 있어야 한다고 답한 상인은 90.8%였으며 없어야 한다는 반응도 92%에 달하였다.
가로수가 상가에 미치는 영향에 대해 전체 응답자 중 가로수의 영향에 대해 72.9%가 좋은 영향을 끼친다고 답하였다. 그런데 상가 주인의 경우는 종업원에 비해 순영향에 대한 반응은 낮은 반면 악영향에 대한 비율은 높았으나 T-test 결과 유의차는 부분적으로 밖에 인정되지 않았다.
가로수가 상가에 미치는 영향은 ‘여름철 그늘에 의한 온도 완화’가 가장 많았고 ‘낙엽에 의한 지저분함’, ‘향기로움’ 순으로 나타났다.
가로수에 대한 선호수목으로는 향토종인 상록교목을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to give some basic data for street tree planting and sustainable tree management in a city downtown.
About 90.8% of retailers replied that street trees were needed on the streets but 9.2% said that they were not happy with the trees on the streets.
On the effect of street trees on their stores, 72.9% of the retailers gave positive answers. The owners of the stores showed more negative reactions than positive ones on the effect while the employees gave more positive reactions. However, the result of T-test partially give significant differences at 5% level between these two ratios.
The order from the highest to the lowest of the degree how much the trees have influence on the stores is 'temperature amelioration by tree shade in summer', 'mess by fallen tree leaves' and 'fragrant scent from trees'.
The retailers preferred native evergreen trees to shrubs and exotic trees.
