신용카드 부정사용과 사기죄 成否에 대한 연구 = The Creditcardfraud and the Illegal transaction of the Creditcard

Case of credit card fraud have skyrocketed in the last few years. Experts have also criticized businesses and the government for poor credit card security practices, pointing out that a transaction will be accepted on some systems even if the cardholder's name is wrong, as long as there is a correct card number and expiry
date. This study is about any unauthorized use and credit card-related fraud. The current Criminal Code provisions include credit card fraud but is uncover all of the creditcard fraud. This study shows that fraud has risen over the past few years and credit card-related crime is also rising. Stoled credit card information from customers and used it to charge his account system. Damage caused by subsequent fraudulent use is somewhere around uncountable money, which is borne by the credit card company. In order to improve credit card security, card companies are pushing a voluntary password system. The Illegal transaction of credit cards is any type of theft or illegal transaction and forgery or alteration and the credit card fraud. For prevention of creditcard fraud must be ceditcard misuse crime estabilished by criminlal law.
