레슬링 선수의 성취목표성향이 자아실현에 미치는 영향 = (The)effect of achievement goal orientation on self-actualization in wrestling player

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 레슬링 선수의 성취목표성향이 자아실현에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명함으로써 레슬링 지도자의 선수지도전략 수립 시 활용할 수 있는 유용한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 의미를 두고 있다.
연구대상은 2008년 현재 대한레슬링협회에 선수등록을 완료한 선수를 대상으로 편의표본추출법(convenient sampling method)을 이용하여 239명을 표집 하였다.
자료처리는 SPSS 13.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis), t-test, 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), Scheffe's 사후검증, 상관분석(correlation analysis), 회귀분석(regression analysis)을 실시하였다.
이상과 같은 연구방법 및 자료 분석 결과를 기초로 하여 이 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다
첫째, 개인적 특성에 따른 성취목표성향의 하위요인인 과제목표성향, 자기목표성향은 성, 연령, 소속, 운동경력 등 모든 변인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
둘째, 개인적 특성에 따른 자아실현의 하위요인인 능력발휘는 소속, 운동경력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 능력개발은 성, 연령, 소속, 운동경력 등 모든 변인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 목표이상실현은 연령, 소속, 운동경력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
셋째, 성취목표성향과 자아실현의 회귀분석 결과 과제목표성향, 자기목표성향은 능력발휘에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 과제목표성향은 능력개발에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 과제목표성향, 자기목표성향은 목표이상실현에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was designed to shed light on the effect of achievement goal orientation on self-actualization in wrestling player.
Registered wrestling player of Korea Wrestling Federation were selected as the subjects of this survey and 239 participants were sampled by convenience sampling method. Resulting data were processed by frequency analysis, exploratory analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis using SPSS 13.0 program.
The results from these research methods and analyses revealed the followings:
First, results from investigation of subject goal orientation and self goal orientation, a sub-variable of achievement goal orientation to individual characteristics, showed that there were significant differences in the gender, age, position and exercise career.
Second, results from investigation of ability exhibition, a sub-variable of self-actualization to individual characteristics, showed that there were significant differences in the position and exercise career, and that ability development, in gender, age, position and exercise career, and that goal ideal actualization, in age, position and exercise career.
Third, results from regression analysis of performance factors of achievement goal orientation and self-actualization revealed that subject goal orientation and self goal orientation had significant influences on ability exhibition, and that subject goal orientation on ability development, and that subject goal orientation and self goal orientation on goal ideal actualization.
