동반자살에 대한 사회보장 차원에서의 정신보건정책 및 예방프로그램 도입 방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on the introduction schemes of prevention program and mental health policy about murder followed suicide as a dimenson of social welfare

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리 나라에서는 80년대 이후 꾸준히 자살이 증가하고 있어, 최근에는 자살율 세계 3위라는 높은 자살율을 보이고 있다. 더구나 우리 나라에서 특이하게 보이는 문화적 요인으로서의 가족주의에서 나온다고 보는 동반자살이 경제상황의 악화와 함께 급증하고 있다. 이러한 문제는 더 이상 개인의 문제로 방치하기에는 사회전반의 불안을 야기하고, 모방적인 자살이 증가하고 있어 이에 대한 제도적 예방대책 및 자살 미수자 및 남은 가족에 대한 사회 대책의 마련이 시급하다고 하겠다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 동반자살 및 자살에 대해서 사회학적 이론을 배경으로 사회문제의 차원에서 조명하고 이에 대한 사회보장차원에서의 정신보건정책 및 예방프로그램의 도입방안을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 연구방법은 기존 문헌과 유니텔통신의 종합언론정보를 토대로 언론에 반영된 실태를 조사하고, 사회학 이론을 토대로 사회문제로서의 이론가설을 수립하여 이에 대한 사회제도적 대응방안을 모색하였다. 이에 따라 정신보건정책 및 국민건강증진정책의 대상확대로 자살위험인구에 대한 예방대책 및 구체적 예방접근프로그램을 제시하였으며, 학교를 통한 정신건강교육 및 건강증진, 위험인구발굴 및 서비스, 실업대책에의 자살예방프로그램 도입을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Nowadays suicide rate is rapidly increasing, which is the 3rd level among all countries in the world. Furthemore the murder followed suicide is also increasing which is regarded as a cultural difference and result from the stong familism, since last year in Korea.
These kinds of problem are too complex to explain as a person problem, and they make society anxious and the modeled suicide which resemble the former suicide could be followed. So it is neceessary that strong social policy about prevention of suicides and follow-up program for survivors should be established.
This paper aimes to study the murder followed suicide & suicide as a dimension of social problems in the context of sociology, and to suggest the necessicities of prevention program and mental health policy about murder suicide & suicide as a dimenson of social welfare. The methods of the study are the reviewing the existing articles and multiple news on the computer(Unitel), as a result the major murder followed suicides in our society are committed by parent, and the characteristics is the mixed type of anomic and altruistic because of the loosening of social uniformity and depression of economy.
This paper suggested the national practical prevention and postvention programs for suicides through the expansion and coordination of exisiting Mental health policy, National policy for peoples, Education Department.
