일본 태평양전쟁 문학 속의 ‘메리켄 알레르기’ 및 ‘천황’ 표상의 변용 연구-노사카 아키유키 문학을 대상으로-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2차년도에 걸쳐 노사카 아키유키 문학에 있어서의 아메리카 트라우마 및 천황/천황제 표상을 중심으로 고찰한 것이다. 1차년도에는 노사카 문학을 3단계로 설정하여 각 작품을 분석하고, 각 단계에 있어서의 아메리카 표상을 정리하였다. 2차년도에는 천황/천황제 표상을 분석하고, 두 키워드를 축으로 각 단계별 변용상과 사상적 관계양상을 정리하였다. 그리고 나서 노사카의 반전/평화관에 대해 검토하였다.
이제까지 노사카 문학에 있어서의 아메리카 트라우마 양상은 그의 반전관의 애매함으로 비판되기 쉬운 경향이 있었다. 이에 그의 사상을 객관적으로 판단하기 위하여 그것과 밀접한 관련을 이루는 또 하나의 축으로서의 천황/천황제를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 아메리카 트라우마 및 콤플렉스는 1단계에서부터 지속적으로 표출되는 반면, 천황제는 2단계부터 강하게 표출되는 양상을 보였다. 전후 일본 사회에서 부활한 천황제를 중심으로 한 국가 내셔널리즘에 대한 날카로운 인식이 필연적으로 진행되고 있는 동시에, 작품에서도 역시 비판적 시각을 철저하게 표출되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 전후 일본 사회의 복잡한 대외적 관계상을 반영한 것지만, 작가 개인의 정치가로서의 입장이 표출된 것임을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research examined the America trauma and representation of the Japanese emperor/emperor system in literatures of Akiyuki Nosaka across the first and second years. In the first year, literatures of Nosaka were distinguished into three levels for assessment of each literature and their representations of America were organized according to their levels. In the second year, representations of the Japanese emperor/emperor system were analyzed and their aspects of change and ideological relationships were organized into each level based on two keywords. Until recently, the aspects of America trauma in the literatures of Nosaka had tendencies of receiving criticism for they were recognized as his ambiguous sense of plot twist. Therefore, Japanese emperor/emperor system was examined as another basis to objectively examine his ideas. As a result, it has been observed that keen awareness for nationalism which was revived in the postwar Japanese society has progressed after the second year and at the same time, critical perspectives have been explicitly exhibited in his works. Moreover, Nosaka’s ambiguous plot twists have been presumed to be not derived from his ideas themselves but were recognized as methodological limitations of literary texts.
