국문 초록 (Abstract)

중소기업의 국제화는 한국경제의 발전을 위한 핵심현안이며 여기에 CSR(corporate social responsibility) 평가체계는 향후 중소기업의 국제화 및 글로벌화를 추진함에 있어서 중대한 전제적 관리수단이다. 본 논문에서는 이미 해외 진출을 하였거나 국제화를 추진하고 있는 한국 중소기업들에게 경영능력에 맞고 동시에 국제 경영환경과 국제사회의 동향 변화에 적응할 수 있는 국제적 수준의 사회적 책임평가체계를 예시하고 이것이 어떻게 중소기업에 활용될 수 있는지 그리고 경영관리시스템 안에 어떻게 통합화되고 조직화 되어야 하는지를 밝히고자한다. 동시에 이러한 사회적 평가체계가 진출국내 경영관리행위의 실천도구로써 시스템적으로 작동 및 활용될 수 있도록 하는 실천방안들을 제시하고자 한다.攀논문접수일: 2006. 10. 31; 게재확정일: 2006. 12. 8* 중소기업연구원 경영연구팀장/연구위원([e-mail])攀攀
