南來로부터 국제화까지 : 홍콩의 漢籍 유통, 정리, 소장의 역사 = From South-coming to Internationalization -History of Chinese Classics’ Circulation, Collation & Collection in Hong Kong-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

本文旨在通過各種文人日記、圖書館檔案、報章記載作為史料, 觀察香港各大院校的整理、收藏古籍的經過情況, 從而考察香港的各大大學圖書館館藏如何在20世紀成為南來文人的文化中心或戰時的避難所, 從而成功保護一些中國內各地的珍貴書藏。此外, 本文亦會觀察戰後香港的圖書館如何通過系統化、電子化, 把書籍帶到國際層面, 成為學界為人認識的漢籍學術圈的主要區域之一。最後, 本文借香港的漢籍流傳與收藏歷史作為案例, 如何為閱讀史與書籍收藏之間的關係, 提供新的研究視野。

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper attempts to examine the situation of the Chinese classics collection in the universities of Hong Kong through the historical texts of literati’s dairies, library archives and newspaper reports. These collections can explain how Hong Kong became the cultural center of south-coming scholars and shelter of world war II in the 20th century to protect the valuable book collections from mainland China. Besides that, this paper also explains how the libraries of Hong Kong universities to demonstrate these book collections in the international academia through the library systematic and digitalized development. In all, this paper will elaborate how the history of book collection and circulation in Hong Kong can provide new perspective in the academia to examine the relationship between history of reading and book collection.
