국가기본도의 최신성 확보를 위한 신속수정 체계 개선 방안 = Plans to Improve Real-Time Updating System Considering Up-to-Dateness of the National Base Map

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed at proposing improvement plan for real-time updating of the national base map. In order to do this, we first analyzed the current production workflows of the national base map and reviewed the advanced cases in the US, the UK and Japan. Based on the analysis, this research suggested the improvement plan of technical aspect like constructing crowdsourcing DB, building change detection model using Geo-AI, transition to geospatial DB, and extracted measures to enhance the systems of legal and organization. The national base map is one of the core information which is used to construct various geospatial data. Therefore the improvement plans we proposed could be contributed in securing up-to-dateness and availability of the national base map and the national geospatial data.
