정신분열병 증상과 회귀억제 = Inhibition of Return and Symptom of Schizophrenic patients

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 정신분열병 환자를 하위유형과 관련없이 단일집단으로 간주하였던 선행연구와 구분되게 정신분열병 집단을 하위유형에 따라 구분하여 정신분열병 환자 증상과 회귀억제 관련성을 보다 구체적으로 규명하는 것을 주목적으로 하였다. 정신분열병 집단을 하위유형에 따라 ‘증상집단’(17명) ‘잔류집단’(13명)으로 구분하였고 비교집단으로 ‘정서장애집단’(14명)과 ‘정상집단’(16명)을 포함하였다. 총 60명을 대상으로 하였으며 증상측정치로 PANSS를 사용하였고 지능과 연령을 공변인으로 하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 반복측정을 위한 공변량분석에서는 SOA, 타당도, 집단에 대한 주효과와 상호작용 효과가 유의하지 않았다. 회귀억제값에 대한 공변량분석에서는 233ms SOA(stimulus onset asynchrony) 조건에서 정상집단과 증상집단간 의미있는 회귀억제 차이를 보였으며 1000ms SOA 조건에서는 증상집단만이 다른 3집단과 다르게 (-) 회귀억제 평균값을 보였다. 연구 결과의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 증상집단과 잔류집단간 구분되는 회귀억제 패턴을 나타났으며 이는 회귀억제 결함이 증상과 밀접하게 관련되어 있을 가능성을 시사해 주었다. 특히 양성 증상이 비효율적인 정보처리와 보다 더 많이 관련되었음을 시사해 주고 있다. 둘째, 지능과 연령을 공변인으로 포함하지 않은 선행 연구결과는 정신분열병 환자의 회귀억제 결함에 대해 과대추정했을 가능성이 시사되었다.
