뇌교육 교사의 수업전략 형성 과정에 관한 문화기술적 연구 = An Ethnographic Research on Formative Process of Instructional Strategies for the Brain Education Teachers

This paper examines the educational characteristics how the processing of instruction strategy is formated by brain education teachers. The study has been carried on by participant observation and in-depth interviews around the key informant`s place of work. The instruction for brain education is after the change in learner`s attitude through the change of own`s body and direct actual experiences. Therefore It is very important to lead the learners to learn by direct and actual experiences for educational growth. Here is in the case of teacher Park. She has made strenuous efforts to find the best way for instructional improvement. It consists of the self-reflection and concerning about the learners. The structure of the formative process is analyzed into three components which are `the rediscovery of education`, `making the framework of a instruction`, `reflecting upon the instruction`. There are `respect for avoiding alienation` and `experiences of growth as the teacher-learner` at the base of formative process. It means that the formative process contains the process of expansion for educational understandings.
