기업 사회공헌 활동의 성과지표 개발을 위한 연구 = Performance Index for Social Contribution Activity of Business Corporations: Using Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 기업의 사회공헌 활동의 효과적인 시행 및 적실성 있는 평가를 위한 성과지표를 개발하여 사회공헌활동에 필요한 경영적 차원의 동기와 철학의 수립, 실행, 사후 관리에 이르는 전 과정의 가이드라인을 수립하는데 도움이 되고자 행되었다. 이 연구는 네 가지 단계를 거쳐 진행되었다. 첫째, 선행 연구를 통해 기존 성과 지표의 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 둘째, 지표의 가중치 적용 방식을 통계적 방법과 주관적 판단방법을 중심으로 살펴보고, 타당한 방법을 검토하였다. 셋째, 기업의 사회공헌 담당자와 학계의 전문가들을 대상으로 델파이 방법(Delphi Method)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 넷째, 계층분석방법(AHP)을 통해 지표들의 가중치를 설정하였다. 이 연구의 분석 결과가 기업 사회공헌활동의 현장 및 관련 학계에 객관적이고 학술적인 자료를 제공해주는 역할을 하기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper aims to provide a guideline for the motive, philosophy and the implementation and management of corporate social contribution by developing the performance index for effective operation and appropriate evaluation for social contribution activity of business corporations. The four stages of this research are as follows. First, this examines the applicability of the existing performance index by analyzing relevant literatures. Second, this compares and contrasts the statistical method and subjective judgemental method for the development of performance index. Third, this shows data of the delphi analysis from key decision makers of social contribution activity of business corporations and the experts of academic institutions. Fourth, it suggests the use of weight for performance index through analytic hierarchy process. This study would contribute on the future direction for social contribution activity of business corporations and academic experts.
