군 인성교육 프로그램 개선방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on improving military moral quality Program

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to look both theoretical aspects and moral quality program. A purpose of this research is to study on development of military moral quality.
To do this study, it proposes military moral quality through researching a documents.
As a result, after 1990s’ military moral quality has been improved but it is still not enough because of lack of contents. Another problem is that the lecture is leaded by only trainer.
Therefore it needs to adopt variety ways of development of organization to improve military moral quality.
This study proposes emotion training, human potential developing training, MANITO(secret friends) program, humane studies., etc.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 군 인성교육 프로그램의 발전을 모색하는 것이다. 이 연구를 위하여 문헌조사방법을 통하여 인성교육 및 군 인성교육에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하고 발전시켜야 할 군 인성교육 프로그램에 대하여 제안을 하였다. 연구결과, 현재 군 인성교육은 1990년대 이후 많은 진보가 있어 왔지만 아직 인성교육 컨텐츠가 미비하고 지휘관의 강의 중심의 교육에 머물러 효과가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 군 인성교육 발전을 위해서는 다양한 조직개발기법을 도입할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 감수성 훈련, 인간 잠재력 개발훈련, 마니또 프로그램, 인문학 프로그램 개발 등을 제안하였다.
