Accordingly for the betterment of above problems, -employers and employees should make effort to achieve common object.
In short, reasonable direction for the improvement of employer-employee relations are as follows;
① getting rid of oriental management depending upon top manager.
② fostering and protecting trade unions politically.
③ prohibiting the threat and enforcement for the break up and withdrawal of trade union.
④ transforming the rival relations of employers and employees to the cooperative relations and to build up favorable situation.
⑤ strengthening the social responsibilities of managers.
⑥ activating the consult system between employers and employees.
⑦ intensifying the welfare system of labor.
In conclusion, the problems between employers and employees can be solved by the managers, approval of trade union, reciprocal confidence, facilition of communication, and the respect of trade union for the managerial right.
By doing so, the peaceful operation of firms can be achieved by the common effort of employers and employees.
