무용전공 대학생의 감정활동기억과 문화소진, 몰입 및 문화성숙도와의 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 무용전공 대학생이 과거에 경험하였던 감정활동에 대한 기억이 현재의 문화소진과는 어떠한 관계를 가지며, 문화몰입 및 성숙도와는 어떠한 관계를 가지는지를 규명하는데 있다. 이는 청소년기의 예술 공연활동이 성인기에 이르러 문화적으로 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하여 청소년 예술 활동과 대학에서의 무용 활동의 나아갈 미래 방향을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하고자 연구대상은 서울, 경기도 및 충청도 지역에 소재한 4년제 대학의 무용학과에 재학 중인 무용전공자들을 대상으로 하였으며, 최종통계분석에는 880명의 자료가 사용되었다. 가설검증을 위한 통계방법으로는 AMOS를 이용한 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Model; SEM)분석을 실시하였으며, 이와 같은 절차와 방법을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
첫째, 무용전공대학생이 감정활동에 대한 기억이 많을수록 문화소진은 증대되었다.
둘째, 무용전공대학생이 감정활동에 대한 기억이 많을수록 문화몰입은 증대되었다.
셋째, 무용전공대학생이 감정활동에 대한 기억이 많을수록 문화성숙도는 증대되었다.
넷째, 무용전공대학생이 문화소진을 접할수록 문화몰입은 감소되었다.
다섯째, 무용전공대학생이 문화소진을 접할수록 문화성숙도는 감소되었다.
여섯째, 무용전공대학생이 문화몰입을 크게 지각 할수록 문화성숙도는 증대되었다.
이러한 결과는 무용전공대학생들이 과거에 경험한 무용활동이 현재에 이르러 문화소진감을 크게 느끼게 하는 요인으로 작용하지만, 문화몰입 및 성숙도는 오히려 증대시키는 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 감정활동이 단편적인 차원에서 부정적으로 작용할 것이라는 편견은 지지되지 못하고 있다. 이는 무용현장이 다른 산업 및 직업 현장과는 다른 주관적 속성이 존재하고 있음을 시사하는데 그것은 무용수들이 무용에 대한 예술적 태도와 의미성이 깊게 내재되어 있기 때문일 것이다. 따라서 청소년기의 무용활동에 있어서 과거의 획일적인 활동보다는 그들을 존중하고 이해시키는 비전적 활동으로 변화되어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is intended to identity how the emotional activities experienced by the college students majoring dancing in the past is related to current cultural depletion and cultural commitments & maturity. This study aims at suggesting a future direction of youth artistic activities and dancing activities at colleges by grasping the meaning of art performances in youth period to their grown-up stages and how they impact from cultural perspective. To achieve the purpose of this thesis the study was conducted around university students majoring dancing arts in their respective colleges. Nine hundreds of samples were extracted using convenience sampling method in the beginning and data from eight hundreds and eighty samples were applied for the final analysis. To verify the hypothesis such statistics methods as Confirmatory Factory Analysis(CFA) using AMOS and Structural Equation Model(SEM) were employed and below results were obtained following the procedures and methods thereof.
Firstly, the cultural depletion has increased as the memories on the emotional activities increase for the students majoring the dancing art.
Secondly, the cultural commitment has increased as the memories on the emotional activities increase for the students majoring the dancing art.
Thirdly, the level of cultural maturity has increased as the memories on the emotional activities increase for the students majoring the dancing art.
Fourth, the cultural commitment has decreased as the students majoring the dancing art face the cultural depletion.
Fifth, the level of cultural maturity has decreased as the students majoring the dancing art face the cultural depletion.
Sixth, the level of cultural maturity has increased as the students majoring the dancing art recognize the cultural commitment as important.
The research result does not support the biased belief that the emotional activities can work negatively from a horizontal point of view as the study reveals that the past dancing activity experiences of the students play as a factor of increasing the cultural commitment and cultural maturity even though such past dancing activity experiences play a role in increasing the cultural depletion. This fact implies that a certain attribute lies deeply in the dancing performance scene which is different from other industries or workplace and this maybe due to the artistic attitudes of dancers and meanings about the dancing. However it implies that the activities should be changed in the way that the visionary cultural activities based on respects and understanding are pursued rather than the activities practiced at the scenes in the past in uniformity thereby playing a positive role for future dancing activities.
