간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 학업성취도 간의 관계에서 의사소통능력, 임상추론역량의 이중매개효과 = Dual Mediation of Communication Competence and Clinical Reasoning in Nursing Students’ Digital Literacy and Academic Achievement

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 학업성취도 간의 관계에서 의사소통능력과 임상추론역량의 매개효과를 확인하여 간호교육과정 개선을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구는 J도와 G시에 소재한 2개 대학의 간호대학생 181명을 대상으로 2025년 3월 02일부터 2025년 3월 15일까지 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 학업성취도는 디지털 리터러시(r=.706, p<.001), 의사소통능력(r=.750, p<.001), 임상추론역량(r=.748, p<.001)과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 학업성취도는 의사소통능력, 임상추론역량, 디지털 리터러시 순으로 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 설명력은 76.8%였다. 셋째, 디지털 리터러시와 학업성취도 간의 관계에서 의사소통능력은 매개효과를 보였으며 임상추론역량 또한 유의한 매개효과를 나타내었다. 넷째, 디지털 리터러시와 학업성취도 간의 관계에서 의사소통능력과 임상추론역량은 이중매개효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 디지털 전환 시대에 부합하는 전문 간호사 양성을 위해 디지털 역량을 기반으로 한 학습자 참여 중심의 교육전략이 필요함을 시사힌다. 특히, 의사소통능력과 임상추론역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 통합적 교육이 효과적인 방안이 될수 있음을 확인하였다. 향후 간호대학생의 학업성취도 향상을 위한 간호교육과정 개발, 교수법 전략 수립, 수업 개선 등 다양한 교육현장에서 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

This study explored the mediating effects of communication competence and clinical reasoning ability on the relationship between nursing students’ digital literacy and academic achievement. A total of 181 students from two universities in provinces J and G participated in an online survery conducted on March 15, 2025. The results of this study were as follows. First, academic achievement was significantly and positively, correlated with digital literacy (r=.706, p<.001), communication competence (r=.750, p<.001), and clinical reasoning ability (r=.748, p<.001). Second, communication competence, clinical reasoning ability, and digital literacy significantly influenced academic achievement, accounting for 76.8% of the variance. Third, communication competence demonstrated a mediating effect on the relationship between digital literacy and academic achievement, and clinical reasoning ability also showed a significant mediation effect. Fourth, both communication competence and clinical reasoning ability had a sequential double-mediating effect on the relationship between digital literacy and academic achievement. These findings highlight the need for learner-centered, digitally driven strategies to prepare nurses to meet the demands of the digital era. Integrated education that strengthens communication and clinical reasoning skills is effective, and this study offers valuable insights for improving nursing curricula and teaching methods to support student achievement.
