In this study, we propose an algorithm to estimate the State-of-Charge (SoC) and Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) on the basis of dual-polarization model. To estimate the OCV, the battery voltage is expressed by formula based on dual-polarization model, and by using curve fitting, the variables of formula are estimated. The OCV and corresponding SoC can be estimated by fitted variable.
