Effects of Self-Determination on the Life Satisfaction in Middle-Aged Women of the participated in dancing activities = 생활무용을 수강하는 중년여성집단에서 자기결정성이 내적동기를 매개로 생활만족도에 주는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 내적동기와 관련하여 무용을 수강하는 중년여성들의 자기결정성에 따른 생활만족도를 검증하기 위하여 구조방정식모델을 통한 검증을 하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 2010년 수도권에 위치한 스포츠센터와 자치구의 복지관에서 생활무용에 참가하는 여성들을 상대로 집략 표본 추출(cluster random sampling method)을 이용한 설문 응답 자료를 활용하여 이루어졌다. 중년여성들의 생활환경압박(가정경제, 가정불화, 환경 불만)조건이 무용수강에 있어 자기결정성인 유능성지각, 자율성, 관계성에 영향을 줄 것이고, 이들 자기결정성 요인들은 내적동기에 영향을 주어 결국 궁극적으로 생활만족도에 영향을 줄 것이라는 구조방정식 모형을 설정하여 자기결정성의 효과성을 검정하였다. 스포츠센터에서 생활무용을 수강하는 여성385명을 대상으로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다.
첫째, 중년여성들의 주변 생활환경 압박이 수강생들의 자기결정성인 유능성지각, 자율성, 관계성에 부적영향을 미친다. 둘째, 중년여성들의 자기결정성인 유능성지각과 자율성, 관계성이 내적동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 중년여성들의 자기결정성인 유능성지각과 자율성, 관계성이 생활만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다.
본 연구결과 자기결정성은 환경의 영향을 받으며 생활만족도의 매개변인으로서 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
