      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      Today in Korean medium and small enterprises organization if humanpower composition is observed a changeable transition it is found that the young rank employee's specific gravity to receive benefit of higher education and material culture and to be called a new generation to participate newly in the enterprises organization is increasing.
      This change is established following two hypotheses in order to know effective leadership style standard on focusing the employee to stand on the situation to receive the leadership on the premise that the leadership of business manager to lead and to control these needs a different changed feature as before.
      In order to verify these hypotheses it is chosen the method of inspection as follows;
      First, It is used frequency analysis in order to examine the sample character of a variable to use in this thesis.
      Second, It is enforced the confidence analysis by the internal consistency to the measured variable.
      Third, In order to analyse hypothesis 1, it is used one way analysis of variance.
      Fourth, In order to analyse hypothesis 2, it is used two way analysis of variance.
