    본 연구에서는 사전조사를 통해 한방샴푸의 구매 행태와 사용 실태를 알아보고, 한방 성분의 하나인 쇠비름 추출물을 이용해서 두피 스케일링제와 샴푸를 제조하고 인체첩포를 이용한 피부자극시험과, 두피 스케일링제의 임상실험, 샴푸 사용 만족도를 평가하였다.
    한방샴푸 소비자의 사용 비율은 51%이었고, 한방샴푸의 선택기준은 효과와 기능성이었다.
    두피 스케일링제의 임상효과는 쇠비름 추출물 두피 스케일링제를 사용한 처치군과 두피 스케일링제를 사용한 대조군으로 나누어 수행하였다. 처치군과 대조군 모두 두피 스케일링 임상실험 후 각질과 피지 산화물, 유분이 감소됨이 관찰되었다. 처치군은 대조군보다 확장되어 있던 모세혈관들과 두피의 예민함이 진정되어가면서 우유빛과 붉은빛을 띄었던 두피톤의 맑아짐이 관찰되었고, 대조군은 처치군에 비해 두피 건조함이 관찰되었다.
    쇠비름 추출물 샴푸의 사용 후 만족도를 알아보기 위하여 기포력과 기포 크기를 측정한 결과 실험군(쇠비름 추출물 샴푸)은 대조군 1(베이스 샴푸)에 비해 기포가 많이 생성되었으며, 일정한 시간(60분)이 지난 후에도 기포의 유지력이 가장 오래 지속되었다. 쇠비름 추출물 샴푸의 사용 후 만족도를 알아보기 위해 기술통계분석을 실시한 결과 ‘샴푸 사용 시 초기의 기포(거품) 생성력’이 가장 높게 나타났고, 샴푸제의 사용 후 변화는 ‘사용 후 두피  모발의 유분감’이 가장 많이 줄어든 것으로 나타났다.
    본 연구를 통해서 항균, 항염, 항알러지 효과가 있다고 알려진 쇠비름을 이용한 두피  모발 화장품제가 보다 많이 연구되어지기를 바라고, 한방샴푸의 구매 행태와 사용 실태에 대한 분석을 통해 소비자의 필요성을 파악하는데 도움이 되어서 쇠비름 성분의 샴푸제가 개발 되었을 때 시장을 이해하는 중요한 마케팅 정보로 활용되어지기를 기대한다.

    This study examines the actual status of buying and using Kornean medicinal shampoos through advanced research and manufactures scalp scaling products and shampoos using Portulaca oleracea extract, one of the Kornean medicinal ingredients, to perform the skin itchiness test based on their application onto the body, the clinical test on the scalp scaling products, and evaluation on the shampoo user satisfaction.
    The ratio of consumers using Kornean medicinal shampoos is 51%, and the criteria to choose a Kornean medicinal shampoo are efficacy and functionality.
    To examine the clinical effects of the scalp scaling products, evaluation was performed in division of an treatment group using Portulaca oleracea extract scalp scaling products and a control group using scalp scaling products. It was observed that both the treatment and control groups experienced reduction of dead cells, sebum oxides, and oil after using the scaling products. The treatment group saw sedation of sensitiveness on their scalp and capillaries loosened more than the control group, and their scalp had looked milk or red became clearer. And the observation showed that the control group had more dryness on their scalp than the treatment group.
    To examine the usability of Portulaca oleracea extract shampoos after use, the study measured the bubbling and bubble size. As a result, the experimental group(Portulaca oleracea extract shampoos) showed more bubbles generated than Control Group 1(base shampoos). Even after some fixed time (60min.), the maintenance of bubbles still existed for the longest. According to the result of conducting descriptive statistic analysis to examine satisfaction with Portulaca oleracea extract shampoos after use, ‘bubble generation in the initial step of using the shampoo’ was the highest, and change after using the shampoo reduced the most in ‘scalp and hair oil after use’.
    With this research, it is expected to conduct more research on scalp hair cosmetics using Portulaca oleracea known to have anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-allergic effects. And analysis on the actual status of buying and buying behavior of Korean medicinal shampoos will be expected to help figure out consumer needs, and when shampoos containing Portulaca oleracea are developed, it is expected that they will be used as crucial marketing information to understand the market.
