中國 WTO 加入에 따른 通商法制 改編과 우리나라의 對中 通商政策 樹立에 關한 硏究 = Reform of China's Trade Disciplines and Korea's Trade Policy

As the long and troublesome negotiation for China's accession to the WTO have been completed China made a giant-like appearance on the stage of WTO. As a member of the WTO, China has to implement various market-oriented measures in the field of its trade disciplines. China has already amended its trade laws and rules to undertake trade liberalization as well as investment measures to attract foreign investment as it committed in the negotiation process This paper examines reforms of China's trade disciplines and Korea's trade policy. It will first analyze substantive reform of China' trade policy and customs tariff system and examine china's trade policy on inducing foreign direct investment. Then, this paper proposes Korea's countermeasures focusing on trade disputes, investment cooperation, and the establishment of East Asian FTA among neighbouring countries to cope with changes in Korea-China trade relations within world trade environment.
