SUPER 301조 開放에 따른 旅行關係法規의 對應方案에 관한 硏究 = Countermeasures of law related to travel according to initiating Super # 301

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study on the suggestions to effectively open market in Korea and the greatest effects, which can be gained from opening a market, on the occasion of initiating Super # 301. To seek development of tourism industry, notably travel industry, reinforce an international competive power, and then attempt to prepare some legal countermeasures, this article is studied as follows:
In 2nd chapter, the general Trade Law of the U.S.A disregarding Free Trade, Nondiscrimination and Multiateral Trade Negotiation are researched. And the contents of General Trade Law and its performance process are also checked. In 3rd chapter, to find out how travel industry will be changed arter initiating Super # 301, the present status and conditions of travel industry are analized, the present situation and problems of law associated with travel are also checked, and what impact will have on travel industry of Korea is studied. In 4th chapter, some countermeasures from the viewpoint of law related to travel industry are studied, and conclusions are drawn.
