      Every community produces both liquid and solid wastes and air emissions. The liquid waste - wastewater- is essentially the water supply of the community after it has been used in a variety of applications.
      When untreated wastewater is allowed to go river, the decomposition of the wastewater will lead to shortage of oxygen, production of malodorous gases and eutrophication which can stimulate the growth of aquatic plants. As a result, some streams have lost much of their ability to supply water to human. Installing wastewater treatment facilities to treat wastewater from point sources and repairing and maintaining sewer pipelines could be one of the solutions to protect the streams from contamination. Currently the wastewater treatment process are developed for strictly new standards, but the research of pipeline systems is short.
      The average BOD in influent of the wastewater treatment plant 31.6 mg/L in summer and 82.1 mg/L in fall. The average total nitrogen in influent of the wastewater treatment plant 6.0 mg/L in summer and 25.0 mg/L in fall. The average total phosphorous in influent of the wastewater treatment plant 0.9 mg/L in summer and 1.9 mg/L in fall. In Summer, the unidentified water was affected on rising ground water due to rainfall, the loading is lowered.
