다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

HBV infection is prevalent in korea and main etiologic factor of acute and chronic hepatitis, and shows close relation with cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Among the viral markers, detection of HBsAg and HBcAg in tissue is possible. Especially HBcAg is relation with viral replication and prognosis of the disease. To observe the relation between HBV infection and acute and chronic hepatitis, the authors collected 67 cases of acute and chronic hepatitis obtained by needle biopsy, then performed immunoenzyme histologic stain Avidin-Biotin-complex method using anti-human HBsAg and HBcAg.
    Results obtained are following as:
    1. In 67 cases of acute and chronic hepatitis, positive reaction of HBsAg and HBcAg are 31cases(43%) and 16 cases (24%) respectively.
    2. In 14 cases of acute viral hepatitis, positive reaction of HBsAg is 7 cases(50%) but HBcAg is all negative.
    3. In 22 cases of chronic persistent hepatitis, positive reaction of HBsAg is 4 cases(18%) but HBcAg is all negative.
    4. In 31 cases(65%) and 16 cases(52%) respectively,
The above results show that viral removal by some immune reaction occurs in acute viral hepatitis, and activity of the disease and viral replication occurs in chronic active hepatitis, I will further study for low positive rate in chronic persistent hepatitis.
