한국농업대학 학사학위 수여 전공심화과정 개설을 위한 연구 = A Study on the Development of Advance Course for Bachelor's Degree in Korea National Agricultural College

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop advance course for bachelor's degree in Korea National Agricultural College(KNAC). For this purpose, we analysed current status of advance course for bachelor's degree in junior colleges and educational conditions of KNAC and its graduates, developed advance course for bachelor's degree in KNAC, and then suggested recommendations concerned with organization reform and improvement of educational conditions for advance course. This process was committed through a literature review, a expert conference, and discussion with professors of KNAC.
The result was as follows. It is suggested that advance course for bachelor's degree would be developed and operated for one year, and applicants must have 120 credits in prior college and one-year experience in agriculture at least. The units of advance course are department of crops, department of horticulture, and department of livestock, total number of entrance student is 60 persons. Students will be selected by record of prior college, study plan, and interview. Curriculum is operated by mixed form with off-line and on-line. KNAC must establish a steering committee for advanced course, and each department have to operate a curriculum committee for advance course. A steering committee and curriculum committees discuss and determine syllabus and subject.
Based on the results, some recommendations were suggested. First, it is suggested that KNAC reforms organization for advanced course. Second, it is necessary to employment new professors for improvement of education condition. Third, cyber education system must be established to prove graduates a chance for educational participation.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 한국농업대학의 학사학위 수여 전공심화과정 개설․운영 방안을 마련하는데 있었으며, 이를 위해 전문대학 학사학위 수여 전공심화과정 현황을 분석하였고, 한국농업대학의 교육여건 및 졸업생의 교육요구를 파악하였으며, 한국농업대학 학사학위 수여 전공심화과정 개설․운영 방안을 도출하였고, 전공심화과정 운영을 위한 조직개편 및 교육여건 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위해, 전문대학 학사학위 수여 전공심화과정과 관련된 각종 연구보고서와 학술지 논문 분석을 포함하는 문헌연구를 수행하였고, 전문가협의회 및 전문가자문을 실시하였고, 2차에 걸쳐 한국농업대학 관계자들과의 간담회를 실시하였다.
이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 한국농업대학 학사학위 수여 전공심화과정은 3년제인 전문학사과정과 연계하여 운영할 수 있도록 1년 과정으로 개설하며, 그 대상은 120학점 이상을 취득하고 관련 분야에서 1년 이상을 근무 경험을 가진 자로 설정하였다. 모집단위는 전문학사과정과 연계하여 작물계열, 원예계열, 축산계열로 구분하여 신입생을 모집하고, 총 모집인원은 60명으로 설정하였다. 학사 운영은 기존 전문학사과정과 동일하게 트랙별 운영방식을 채택하였다. 학생선발 전형방법으로 출신대학 성적(70점), 학업계획(10점), 면접(20점)을 제안하였다. 교육과정 운영 방식은 영농에 종사하고 있는 졸업생의 교육 참여 기회를 확대하기 위하여 사이버교육, 혼합형교육, 집체식 학기제, 집체식 계절제를 병행하는 방식을 채택하였다. 그리고 전공심화과정의 체계적 운영을 위하여 전공심화과정운영위원회와 모집단위별 전공심화과정 교육과정편성위원회를 설치할 것을 제안하였고, 현재 대학 조직의 개편, 교수 확보 및 사이버교육시스템 구축을 제안하였다.
