      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As an individual or a member of school organization, teacher acts primarily in self-interest. This behavior tendency for self-interest also emerges in the relations to other teachers. He acts in cooperation with the men who can share the benefits with together and he checks and restrains the men contrary to him. Also he will not put on behaviors which other peoples dislike, and which are not accepted by other peoples.
There are three accommodation modes to the bureacucratic pressure: upward mobiles, indifferents and ambivalents. Upward mobiles are identified as those inddividuals who embrace their organizations' goals. The organizational values are their values, therefore, in any situation, especially in conflict situations, organizational values are decisive. Indifferents comprise the most common accommodation mode. They reject the organizational values of success power. Their orientation essentially is extravocational and outside the organization. They seperate work from the more meaningful aspects of their lives. Ambivalents usually are a small minority who cannot risit the organizaton; yet they fail to gain organizational power and success. They need security, but they cannot make the accommodations necessary to achieve it. They have an aggresive sense of individuality that typically does not fit into the bureauracy's structured field.
There are two styles of individual accommodations to the conflict between professional and organizational commitment : cosmopolitans and locals. Cosmopolitans have low loyalty to the employing organization, high ommitment to specialized role skills, and are likely to use an outer reference group. Locals have high loyalty to the employing organization, low commitment to specialized role skills, and are likely to use an inner reference group.
Teacher as a professional of education acts in altruism . Hence it can be told that teacher behaves in self-interest and altruism.
And teacher has two roles to his students: the professional to the clients and the leader to the followers.
