아동의 인권능력(capacity)을 신장시키기 위한 인권교육 프로그램 연구 - 초등학교 도덕과 교육을 중심으로 = A Studies About program for Capacity human rights on Elementary Education － focused on elementary moral education －

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  초등학교에서 인권교육을 하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니지만, 인권적 태도의 형성은 유아기부터 길러주어야 한다. 초등학교 인권교육은 아동이 인권적으로 사고하고 느끼고 행동하는 자질이나 성향을 길러주는데 강조점을 두어야 한다.<BR>  현재 학교의 인권교육은 인간이 인간답게 살 수 있는 권리에 관한 교육으로 정의되고 있어서 대체적으로 권리중심이 교육으로 구성되어져 있다. 그런데 인간의 권리는 사람과 사람사이의 관계와 삶의 맥락에 뿌리를 두고 있는 개념이며, 단지 명문화된 권리조항을 인식하는 것만으로는 실천될 수 없는 것이다. 자신의 인권을 보장받고 타인의 인권을 존중하기 위해서는 삶의 태도로 습득되어야만 가능하다. 이런 측면에서 볼 때 학교에서 아동의 인권교육은 인권적으로 사고하고 느끼고 행동할 수 있는 인권능력을 함양하는 것이 매우 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 사실 인권교육은 아동들이 인권침해를 당하거나 당할 수 있는 상황에서 자신의 권리를 보호받고 찾을 수 있는 권리구제 교육과 함께 인권침해 상황이 발생하지 않도록 하는 예방교육이 중시되어야 한다.<BR>  본 연구는 아동의 인권능력을 신장시키는 교육적 프로그램 개발에 관심을 갖고자 한다. 특히 도덕과에서 활용할 수 있도록 도덕과의 형식적이고 잠재적인 교육과정을 중심으로 개발하고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  This study aims to provide human rights education through moral education . Human Rights is simply that human beings have universal rights for humans be. The concept of Human Rights is progressed in liberal rights, social rights, and the rights of solidarity. Human Rights Education is all learning that develops the knowledge, skills, and value of human rights. It is itself a fundamentals human rights and also a responsibility.<BR>  But in elementary school, human rights education to teach is difficult. So we try to a method of the human rights education which leads a multi subject. One such possible “crossing over” is between the field of moral education and the ideals and techniques of human rights education. moral education and human rights education share many ideas and methods, areas of difference provide points to strengthen moral education. But moral education proved that the substance of textbook consists primarily of responsibilities rather than rights and society in secondary schools focuses on law observance education. Despite of this limites, Moral education is, attained human rights education. So it corresponds to overall purpose and direction of moral education. Morality education is expected to be the suitable subject for human rights and moral purpose. So Moral education is be able to educate capacity human rights.<BR>  The human rights capacity does practice through human rights and it feels and think for human rights. The human rights capacity is means Temperament or attitude of human rights life<BR>  To educate the human rights capacity, Moral education program must be developed. It is necessary to develop an experience-based Moral education program. We studies to program through moral education curriculum. So It is develop program through hidden curriculum. We studies to methode role playing, virtual experiments, art activities- including poetry, drawings, and music, original writing, cooperative games, discussion, brain storming, all can be useful in attaining capacity human rights. In order to improve capacity human rights, in parallel with these systematic apparatus, it is necessary to change the idea of right held by and administrators.
