Satir 성장모델에 근거한 일치성 척도 개발 및 타당화 = Development and Validity of the Congruence Scale based on Satir's Growth Model

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문에서는 Satir 성장모델을 이론적 근거로 하는 일치성척도를 개발하고, 척도의 신뢰도․타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구 수행에 앞서 Lee(2002a)의 일치성척도를 번역과 역번역 및 수정을 거쳐 타당화를 시도하였으나 Satir 성장 모델을 검증하기에 적당하지 않은 도구로 드러났다. 이에 문항개발과 예비연구를 거쳐 본연구를 수행하였다. 예비연구에서는 문헌연구와 전문가 자문회의를 통해 일치성척도의 구인에 대한 의견을 수렴하고 확정하여, 문항을 개발․선정하였다. 연구대상은 Pilot 연구에서 성인남녀 189명, 예비연구에서 330명, 본 연구에서 659명이었다. 예비연구 결과를 근거로 문항분석, 요인분석 등의 양적 자료와 문항 내용간의 중복성 등을 고려하여 최종적으로 30문항을 선정하였다. 선정된 문항들로 구성된 본 검사를 타검사들과 타당화하였고, 교차집단으로 상담자 263명을 포함하였다. 구인타당도와 공인타당도 검증결과, 개발된 일치성척도는 대인간차원, 심리내적차원, 영성차원으로 구성되어, Satir 성장모델을 지지함을 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate the congruence scalefor adults. This study gathers data in three steps. The first step conducted a structured questionnaire survey of 189 adults for pilot research. The second step involved the development and validation of the final congruence scale through a structured questionnaire survey of 733 adults on the congruence scale. The last step confirmed cross-validity using a sample of 263 counselors. The final 30 items were identified through confirmatory factor analysis with a maximum likelihood estimate. Based on the results, the best model for the congruence construct consists of three dimensions(interpersonal dimension, intrapsychic dimension and spiritual dimension.), and the congruence scaledeveloped in this study is a reliable and valid instrument
