      This research was investigated study for production and system injure of ROS by exercise and training.
      More carbohydrate was consumed as exercise energy in strong intensity exercise.
      The continuous exercise time is long in low intensity exercise as sufficient oxygen supply so that the increase of fat acids depend on energy supply of fat.
      Main factors of decision are acid of cells and feedback balance state in continuously co-function.
      Activity physical exercise is increasing fat triglyceride cause to oxygen free-radical production occur to acid stress of body.
