인문학 기반의 ‘문화콘텐츠학’ 수업론 정립을 위한 시론 = An Essay on the Establishment of a Theory of Teaching in Humanities-based ‘Cultural Contents Studies’

국문 초록 (Abstract)

흔히 대학의 목표는 연구와 교육이라고 말한다. 그러나 아쉽게도 최근 교수들의 업적평가와 관련하여 대부분의 역량이 연구에 치우치고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 현상은 대학의 교육이 현실과 유리되어 있다는 비판에 직면하게 된 가장 큰 이유가 아닌가 한다.
특히 문화콘텐츠 분야는 신생학문으로서 새로운 방법론의 정립을 위한 연구방향의 축적도 중요한 반면, 학생들을 어떠한 인재로 양성할 것인가 하는 교육목표 또한 구체적으로 관철되어야 하는 이중과제를 안고 있다고 할 수 있다. 그런 점에서 문화콘텐츠 분야의 수업론의 정립 또한 시급한 과제라고 할 수 있다.
문화콘텐츠 분야의 수업론이 정립되지 못했다는 점은 이 분야의 필독서에 대한 공감대가 아직 형성되지 않았다는 점에서 단적으로 드러난다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 글에서는 문화콘텐츠 분야 수업론을 검토하되, 건국대학교 사례를 중심으로 고전필독서에 대한 고찰을 시도하였다. 그러나 단순한 필독서의 제시는 큰 의미가 없을 것이다. 무엇보다 이러한 필독서가 학부 혹은 대학원 수업 교과목에서 어떻게 활용되어야 하는지에 대한 검토가 중요할 것이다. 본 글에서는 이러한 문제의식에서 문화콘텐츠 분야의 수업론의 중요성을 정리하고, 필독 도서의 제시 및 그것을 활용한 수업방안 사례를 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of college is often said to be research and education. But unfortunately, the capability of most professors has recently been disproportionately concentrated on research in relation to the evaluation of their achievements. It is guessed that this phenomenon is the most greatest reason that college education has come to be confronted with criticism that it is alienated from realities.
Especially, the field of cultural contents can be said to have the double task of having to accumulate the direction of research for establishing a new methodology as emerging science and of concretely having to achieve the objective of its education as to how to train and educate students. In this sense, it can be said that it is an urgent task to establish a theory of teaching related to the field of cultural contents.
The theory of teaching in a field of cultural contents has not still been established. It can be said to be flatly proved by the point that the bond of sympathy with required reading in this field has not still been formed. Accordingly, this study attempted to investigate the required reading of classics with a focus on the case of KonKuk University while examining a theory of teaching in a field of cultural contents. But it would not be greatly meaningful to present simple required reading. Among other things, it would be important to examine how this required reading should be used in the subject for classes of college or graduate school. This study discussed the importance of a theory of teaching in a field of cultural contents with this critical mind and presented required reading and the case of the teaching plan for using it as well.
