국내 교과서용 용지의 사용 현황과 인쇄용지 품질에 관한 연구 Ⅰ

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 교과서용 인쇄용지의 현재 현황을 파악하고 고품질 인쇄물을 얻기 위 한 노력의 일환으로 교과서 용지에서 발생할 수 있는 트러블 원인에 대하여 조사를 실 시하여 작업자의 작업 효율과 인쇄 사고에 대한 현황을 파악하고 용지에서의 사고 대 처와 용지의 원활한 수급을 목적으로 연구하고자 하였다. 설문 조사 결과 교과서 작업 시 C사에서 다양한 트러블 빈도가 높아 작업자들의 만 족도가 가장 낮았다. 특히 지분이 많아 판이나 블랭킷에 퇴적되어 잉크 전이 불량이 많 이 발생하였으며, 이와 같은 이유로 작업 중 지분을 제거하는 등 작업자들의 피로도가 높아져 능률이 저하된다는 의견이 많았다. 따라서 C사의 인쇄용지의 개선이 필요하다고 판단되어지며, 이와 같은 결과를 C사와 협조하여 지속적인 데이터 관리를 통한 교과서 인쇄물 품질 관리에 더욱 효율적으로 대응하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, we tried to understand the current status of printing paper for textbooks and to obtain high-quality printed. First, a survey was conducted on the causes of troubles that may occur in textbook papers. We intend to grasp the current status of workers' work efficiency and printing accidents through the results of the survey. In addition, we intend to study for the purpose of dealing with accidents on the land and smooth supply and demand of paper. As a result of the survey, the satisfaction of the workers was the lowest in company C as the frequency of various troubles was high when working with textbooks. In particular, there was a lot of stake, so it was deposited on a plate or blanket, causing a lot of ink transfer failure. For this reason, there were many opinions that the efficiency was lowered due to the increased fatigue of the workers, such as removing the stake during the work. Therefore, it is judged that company C's printing paper needs to be improved, and in cooperation with company C, we want to respond more efficiently to textbook print quality management through continuous data management.
