아버지의 원가족 애착경험이 아버지 양육참여와 유아의 또래 유능성에 미치는 영향 = The effect of father’s original family attachment experience on father’s participation in child care and infant’s peer competence

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of father’s original family attachment experience on father’s participation in child care and infant’s peer competence and to verify the mediating effect of father’s participation in child care between father’s original family attachment experience and infant’s peer competence.
To this end, a total of 213 pairs of the questionnaire which is consist of the questionnaire for infant’s father who raise children aged 3 to 5 and the questinnaire for teacher were used for analysis. Based on this data, this study accomplished descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, mediation effect analysis by using SPSS and Process Macro. Then, for significance verification of mediate effects, Boorstrapping methods are applied..
The results of this study are as follows.
First, it was confirmed that there was a significant correlation between father’s original family attachment experience, father’s participation in child care and infant’s peer competence.
Second, this study examined the mediating effects of father’s participation in child care between father’s attachment experience with his mother and infant’s peer competence.
Finally, based on the findings above, the significance and future research directions ans limitations of this study were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 아버지의 원가족 애착경험이 아버지 양육참여와 유아의 또래유능성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 아버지의 원가족 애착경험과 유아의 또래유능성과의 관계에서 아버지의 양육참여의 매개효과를 검증하는 것에 있다.
이를 위해 유아교육기관에 재원 중인 만 3-5세 유아에 대한 아버지용 설문지 1부와 교사용 설문지 1부를 1쌍으로 총 213쌍의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. SPSS와 Process Macro를 이용해 기술통계 분석, 상관분석, 매개효과 모형분석을 실시하였고 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하기 위하여 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping) 방법을 사용하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 아버지의 원가족 애착경험, 아버지 양육참여와 유아의 또래유능성 간 상관분석을 한 결과, 변인들 간에 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 확인되었다.
둘째, 아버지의 원가족 애착경험과 유아의 또래유능성의 관계에서 아버지 양육참여의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 아버지의 원가족 중 어머니와의 애착경험과 유아의 또래유능성의 관계에서 아버지 양육참여가 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
마지막으로 위의 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 향후 연구 방향 및 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.
