비만 아동에 대한 통합예술치료 프로그램 효과연구(스트레스, 자아상, 자아존중감, 자기효능감을 중심으로)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 비만 아동을 대상으로 비만 아동의 심리 · 정서적 문제를 해결하기 위한 스트레스, 자아상, 자기효능감, 자아존중감을 중심으로 한 통합예술치료 프로그램의 효과를 연구하는 것을 목적으로 하였다.
본 연구의 대상은 D대학 부설 웰니스 센터에서 비만 운동을 처방 받은 초등학생 중 보호자의 허락을 받은 48명을 대상으로 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 첫째, 통합예술치료 프로그램이 비만 아동의 자아상에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 통합예술치료 프로그램이 비만 아동의 스트레스에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 통합예술치료 프로그램이 비만 아동의 자기 효능감에 통계적으로 유의미하지는 않았지만 결과와 평균값에는 변화를 보였다. 넷째, 통합예술치료 프로그램이 비만 아동의 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
따라서 본 연구에서의 통합예술치료 프로그램은 비만 아동의 자아상과 스트레스, 자기효능감, 자아존중감에 효과가 있음을 보여준다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The effects of integrated art therapy upon obese child
(Focusing on self-image, stress, self-efficiency, self-respect)

The purpose of this study was to examine the psychological and emotional effects of integrated art therapy upon stress, self-image, self-efficiency, self-respect of obese children. The subject of this study were 48 children selected from those who are prescribed exercise at a wellness center attached to D university, with permission of their guardians. The research results were as follows: First, integrated art therapy was found to have a positive effect on the self-image of obese child. Second, integrated art therapy was found to have effects on the stress of obese child. Third, although the program was not statistically significant in self-efficiency of obese child, it showed some variation in results and the mean. Forth, integrated art therapy program was found to have effects on self-respect of obses child. Therefore, in the research, integrated art therapy program found to have effects upon self-image, stress, self-efficiency, and self-respect of obese child.
