국문 초록 (Abstract)

그동안 꾸준한 성과를 내오고 있는 사회적 기업에 대한 학문적 정립이 아직도 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 현재 다양하게 사용되고 있는 사회적 기업의 개념, 의의, 정의, 유형을 정리하는 것이다. 우리나라의 사회적 기업은 다른 국가들의 자연적 발생과는 다른 정부주도형 일자리창출 중심으로 출발하여 몇 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 일자리중심의 정책으로 인한 문제점은 지원기간동안 과잉고용, 지원 중단시 대규모 해직과 일부 기업의 지원기간동안 한시적 운영이다.
첫째, 고용창출에 대한 정책의 변화가 필요하다. 둘째, 시민사회와의 연계·소통이 활성화가 필요하다. 셋째, 사회적 기업운영의 전문화가 필요하다. 마지막으로 사회적 기업을 활용한 고용창출과 사회통합은 고용경험의 축적과 기술의 습득을 통한 근로의욕 고취와 고용 가능성을 증대시키는 적극적 노동시장정책과도 연계가 필요하다.

A steady performance academic establishment of social enterprises still has not done. The purpose of the article is to organize various
concepts, meaning, define and types of social enterprise.
The support policy for social enterprise in Korea has focused on job creation measures. The problems of social enterprise support
policy are as blow. The share of direct subsidy for job creation is too big and pressure of over-employment is high and during the
temporary support of some companies operating.
First, a change of policy on employment is required.
Second, cooperation with civil society.
Third, the specialization of social enterprises operating needs.
Finally, needs associated with labor market policies.
