    The purpose of this study is to search for improvement solutions in order to enlarge the Social Tourism in Korea.
    Also this study involves the analysis of Social Tourism policy and Tourism official organization in major foreign countries, France, Japan.
    This study suggested on the comparative analysis of Tourism organization system among governmental, provincal, national enterprise organization.
    As a result, the improvement solutions are as follows:
    First, in this paper, I recommend that the office of Tourism and Inter Ministerial liaison council on Tourism must be opened.
    Second, I suggest the efficient management of Social Tourism Information Center.
    Third, it is very important for us to inforce the official organization on provincal tourism.
    Fourth, we need to inforce the specialty of administrational government officer on Tourism.
    Finally, I propose the renewal of rules for improvement on Social Tourism.
