남북비즈니스모형 개발 메커니즘 및 추진전략에 대한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Two Koreas' cooperative projects have become a new opportunity for businessmen and policy makers to utilize them into creation of values and enhancement of unification infrastructure. With in mind, this paper has explored how to develop a business model for two Koreas' successful economic cooperation based on the competitive combination of resources and real option approaches.
From the results of analysis, this paper provides following implications: first, the long-term strategy formulation could be possible for businessmen and policy makers from the evidence of close transaction relationship between two Koreas; second, it could be helpful to design a detailed business strategy and policy tools for businessmen and policy makers by providing value-creating business model between two Korea; third, it provides the way to reduce a unification cost by introducing of common business architecture concept as an infrastructure of Korean unification.
Accordingly, this paper suggests that policy makers utilize Kaesong industrial complex cooperated by two Korea as a match-making place for the future business architecture of two Koreas.
