K-리그의 전력평준화지수와 관중수 간의 상관관계 = Correlation between the Performance Leveling Indexes and the Number of Spectators on the K-League

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 우리나라에는 축구, 농구, 야구, 배구 등이 프로스포츠로 운영되고 있다. 이러한 프로스포츠의 주상품은 경기장 안에서 펼쳐지는 스포츠 경기이며, 스포츠 소비자인 관중이 상품인 프로경기를 구매하는 것은 경기장을 찾는 행동으로서 나타난다. 이에 따라 경기력과 관중 수 간의 관계에 대한 보다 실증적인 연구가 요구되는바, 본 연구에서는 2000년부터 2007년까지의 우리나라 프로축구인 K-리그를 중심으로 경기관련 요인 중 전력평준화지수를 측정하고, 이를 토대로 관중 수와의 상관관계를 분석해 봄으로써 전력평준화지수가 관중 수 증가에 유의한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 그 결과 통계적으로 유의하지는 않음을 알 수 있었다.

Currently, we have many professional sports such as soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball in Korea. The main products of these professional sports are sports games. For spectators as a consumer buy professional games to show in their manner. According to this, correlation between the performance leveling indexes and the number of spectators must be established by evidence. In this paper, from in the year of 2000 to 2007, with Korean Professional Football League, we had to measure the performance leveling indexes among the factors related games. On the basis of this, by analyzing correlation of the number of spectators, we found out how the performance leveling indexes influenced the number of spectators. As the result of this, considering that statistically, we knew they had no bearing on each other.
