意識と身体-移動する五郞 梅崎春生『幻化』 = A Study on Umezaki Haruo's Genka

Umezaki haruo's last nobel genka is pictured four day's event who protagonist kusumi goro is visit passed land tokyo for south kyusyu of over the war or student time.
This nobel's impress has lord nobel's impress which airplane and bus and various traffic organ come on the scene. And goro moves this traffic organ and walking.
But this lord nobel's mean is not only spacial movement.
Gore's consciousness and body leaves from usual life riseing up dipped past of consciousness's depth.
Namely, double movement is seen gore's consciousness and body.
Accordingly, GENKA is story which moves temporally and spacially past of gore's consciousness and body.
Thus this novel is excel constitutively work but impetuous start of travel.

梅崎春生の遺作である『幻化』は、主人公である久住五郎が東京から南九州の戦時中や学生時代に過ごした土地を訪ね歩く4日間の出来事が描かれている。飛行機やバスなど様様な交通機関が登場し、五郎はそうした交通機関や徒歩という形で移動することが多いが、そうしたことからも“移動する小説”と呼べるような特徴を見せている。だが、ここで“移動する小説”と呼んだ場合、それは何も空間的移動のみを指すにとどまらない。五郎の身体と意識が急速に日常から離脱していくことで、意識の底に沈んでいた過去が浮がび上がっていく。いわば、意識と身体の二重の移動が見られるのである。つまり『幻化』は、五郎の意識と身体は時間的にも空間的にも過去を目指し移動する物語であり、そうした現在と過去との往復運動を繰り返しながら、その振幅を広げていく意識と、そうした意識に突き動かされた身体が| 対応し、移動~続けていくという構造を持っている。このように作品は、衝動的とも思える〈旅〉の始まりにもかかわらず、優れて構成的な作品であるといえるのである。
