지역정치인의 리더십 자질평가에 관한 실증분석 = A Empirical Analysis on the Leadership Temperament Evaluation of the Local Politicians

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study evaluates the temperaments for leadership of the regional politicians and suggests the advisable attitudes that regional politicians should have. The temperaments of politicians are classified two types, common and professional temperaments. The common temperaments include integrity, honesty, democratic consideration, fairness, local patriotism, responsibility and rationality, and the professional temperaments are such as the capability of problem solution, the international sensibility, the progressive mind, a long-term vision, the regional reconciliation ability, the negotiation ability and the governance ability.
The results of analysis are as follows; First, as the common temperaments of local politicians, integrity, honesty and responsibility are evaluated lowly and on the other hand, the democratic consideration, fairness and the local patriotism are highly evaluated. Second, as the professional temperaments, the capability of problem solution, the progressive mind and a long-term vision have shown lowly, but the negotiation ability, the governance ability and the regional reconciliation ability have shown higher.
