교사의 직위에 따른 교직관과 직무만족의 차이 연구 : 정규교사와 기간제 교사를 중심으로

As this research is a study to make clear how to straight stand the view of teaching according to the teacher's position and what aspects of job satisfaction to be showed according to the teacher's position, it is a thesis to focus on the difference of regular teacher and term teacher.
In order to accomplish an objective in this research, I establish three hypothesis in general and make up a questionnaire paper in order to verify this research.
First, there may be a difference of view of teaching according to the teacher's position.
Second, there may be a difference of job satisfaction according to the teacher's position.
Third, there may be a difference of job satisfaction according to the view of teaching.
The questionnaire paper is made up in order to verify the hypothesis. The view of teaching have three subordinate factors of the view of sacred job, the view of labor job and the view of professional job which is composed each factor made up of seven questionnaires, 21 questionnaires in sub total. And the job satisfaction have seven subordinate factors of human relation, charge work, compensation system, expertise extension, administrative system, confirmed position which is composed human relation and charge work made up of 5 questionnaires and expertise extension, administrative system, confirmed position made up of 4 questionnaires, 30 questionnaires in sub total.
The questionnaire survey was inquired to the standard group of teachers who possessed more than second class regular teacher's certificate targeting about 20 schools belong to Cheongjusi Chungcheongbukdo. A statistical survey 176 come into effect to collected copies among total 200 copies distribution.
As a conclusion, the result of statistical research is summarized like following. First, there is a difference of the view of teaching according to the teacher's position. Longer the teaching career, there is a large tendency to think the teaching as a labor job, but the new teacher or term teacher have a tendency to think teaching is a professional job.
Second, theres is a difference of job satisfaction according to the teacher's position . As a whole it is revealed that term teacher have a great satisfaction on their job.
Third, there is also a difference of job satisfaction according to the view of teaching. It is researched that the view of teaching have highest mutual relationship with expertise extension which is subordinate factor of job satisfaction.
