To cope with the demand for the senior citizens' welfare that would take place in a variety of forms in an aging society, the welfare service supply, that is, the universalization of the welfare policy for seniors of low income family as well as a middle class citizen is requested.

Furthermore, for senior citizens' wellbeing through an advanced silver industry, the country or private businesses should have interest in a variety of fields of an advanced age friendship industry and need appropriate policies and investments for balanced development.
It's evitable that our country should activate the participation of public and promote an advanced silver industry to maximize the efficiency and development of quality of service
