지리통계 데이터에서의 공간 로지스틱 모형 연구 = A Study on Spatial Logistic Regression Model in Geostatistical Data

Logistic regression model has been widely used in datamining for forecasting problems. Recently, spatial predictive models have been concerned by many data-analysts and then the spatial logistic models have been studied by statisticians and data miners. In this paper, we suggest the spatial logistic regression model for finding the customers likely to transfer when the new competition market opens in the same area. We also illustrate the use of spatial modeling by the data of some fashion companies in Busan. Moreover, we compare our model with the spatial predictive model of Kwak's(2008). As a result, we show that the spatial logistic model has a similar accuracy of Kwak's model.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

데이터마이닝에서 로지스틱 모형은 고객관계관리(CRM) 분야에 자주 사용되는 예측모형이다. 최근 고객들의 지리적 위치와 분포 정보를 고려한 공간예측 모형에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며 이에 따라 로지스틱 모형에 고객들의 공간정보를 반영한 공간 로지스틱 모형이 개발되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 같은 지역에서 새로운 매장이 생겼을 때 기존 매장에서 이탈할 것 같은 위험 고객들을 찾기 위한 예측 모형으로 공간 로지스틱 모형을 제안하고, 곽영술(2008)의 공간예측모형과 비교하였다. 곽영술(2008)은 자택이나 직장에서 매장까지의 이동 거리(travel distance)를 기존 구매 장소에서 이탈할 수 있는 위험 고객을 찾기 위한 설명변수로 활용한 바 있다. 연구 결과에 의하면 부산에 있는 모 패션회사의 고객 데이터로 사용하여 두 공간예측모형을 비교한 결과 공간상관을 고려한 공간 로지스틱 모형이 모형평가 기준에서 곽영술의 모형에 뒤떨어지지 않음을 알 수 있었다.
