This research focuses on developing an integrated scoring method for strategic information technology (IT) prioritization and resource allocation. The mutual correlation was considered as one of critical decision making factors in national IT development strategy. This research aims to develop an integrated scoring method based on Delphi survey, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Clustering Analysis (CA). Delphi survey gathers the experts’ opinions for ITs and AHP presents a weighted matrix as a result for pair-comparison with ITs. Then the CA is used to combine the mutual correlations of ITs with the results. In implementation, we reports on a case study conducted at National Academy of Sciences (NAS) in an Asian country.
