This study is based on the Multidimensional Inventory of Perfectionism in Sport (MIPS) scale of Stoeber, Otto, & Stoll (2004). F) was produced. After that, a procedure was carried out to verify the validity of the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (MIPS-F) of a fashion model. First, a question-and-answer session between investigators and researchers for 61 fashion models, and a meeting between researchers , face validity and content validity were secured through descriptive statistics Second, in this survey of 125 fashion models, exploratory factor analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed to confirm content validity, construct validity, and predictive validity. The validity of 10 items of the 2 factors of the perfectionism scale (MIPS-F) (pursuit of perfection, negative responses to imperfections) was confirmed, and through this study, the validity of the fashion model multidimensional perfectionism scale (MIPS-F) was confirmed. It was confirmed that the future behavior of various fashion models according to applicability and job burnout can be predicted.
