한국항공우주연구원 인력 수요 예측

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라의 우주활동은 향후 10년 더욱 활발해질 것으로 기대된다. 국가 우주개발 중장기 계획에 따라 지난 10년간 4기의 위성이 발사된 반면, 2011-2020년 간 14기의 위성이 발사될 예정이다. 2021년 발사를 목표로 한국형발사체를 개발하고 있다. 그러므로 우리니라 우주개발의 향후 10년 간 목표달성을 위해서 항공우주개발의 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 한국항공우주연구원의 소요인력을 예측하고 공급 계획을 수립하는 것은 너무나도 당연한 일이다.
본 논문에서는 과거 항우연의 예산과 인력과의 관계를 활용하여, 항우연의 인력을 예측하였다. 2020년 경 인력은 1,000~1,400명 규모에 이를 것으로 예측되어, 향후 10년간 최소 400명의 인원이 필요한 것으로 전망된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Korea’s space activity is expected more vital in the next decade. 14 Korean government satellites, with 10 satellites more over the last decade, are planned for launch between 2011 and 2020 according to the national space long-term plan. And Korean Space Launch Vehicle 2 has been developing aiming to launch in 2021. Forecasting and supply planning for the Korea Aerospace Research Institute’s manpower could be essential to successfully fulfill the Korea’s next decadal task in the aerospace field.
In this paper, KARI’s manpower is forecasted using the relations between KARI’s budget and total personnel. KARI is expected to has 1,000~1,400 personnel in 2020 which is at least 400 personnels more than present.
